Dave won the prestigious Marketing Manager of the Year award from the Building Industry Association in 1991 and the Best Attached Community for Coconut Plantation while consulting for Brookfield Homes Hawaii.
Dave was responsible for Sales and Marketing of the Yellowstone Club and Lone Moose Meadows in Big Sky, Montana. Dave was Owner/Developer of Dolphin Cove Development, USVI. He was the sales and marketing consultant for Schaffer’s Mill (formerly Eaglewood and Timilick) Golf and Country Club in Truckee, California and The Boulders at Truckee, helping DMG Development bring this exciting project to market.
As Master Developer, Dave assisted the Summit Series design a Founders Membership and raise funding for the purchase of Powder Mountain, Eden, Utah that is now the home of Summit Eden nicknamed “TED meets Burning Man.”
Dave has designed, built and sold over 3,000 homes over the past 39 years while he was VP Sales and Marketing of Taylor Woodrow Homes California and Nevada and Sales Manager of The Fieldstone Company, Southern California Division.
Most recently, Dave has been responsible for Equity Fund Raising and Residential Sales and Marketing at the Iconic Cal Neva Lodge and Casino overlooking Lake Tahoe. Dave was responsible as a consultant to the developer to raise $20M of Equity Capital and design, build and sell 28 Luxury Cabins overlooking Speedboat Beach. The project was put on hold due to the project being sold The Lawrence Group.
As a resident of Incline Village, Nevada for over 27 years, Dave has focused his real estate sales activities on exclusive lakefront and lake view properties and has built many spec and custom homes for his clients.
An avid outdoorsman and waterman, Dave and his family enjoy wake boarding, paddle boarding, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking and hiking.
