Dave won the prestigious Marketing Manager of the Year award from the Building Industry Association in 1991 and the Best Attached Community for Coconut Plantation while consulting for Brookfield Homes Hawaii.
Dave was responsible for design and development of the Yellowstone Club and Lone Moose Meadows in Big Sky, Montana. Dave was Owner/Developer of Dolphin Cove Development, USVI.
As Master Developer, Dave assisted the Summit Series design a Founders Membership and raise funding for the purchase of Powder Mountain, Eden, Utah that is now the home of Summit Eden nicknamed “TED meets Burning Man.”
Independently, Dave has designed, built and sold over 3,000 homes.
Most recently, Dave has been responsible for residential development at the Iconic Cal Neva Lodge and Casino overlooking Lake Tahoe. Soon to be a Luxury Collection Hotel with Starwood. This is one of the most exciting projects in the resort and hotel market today, restoring the glory days of Frank Sinatra’s “Rat Pack” era and creating a new Town Center for North Lake Tahoe.
